Terms and Conditions
Glan Morfa Holidays
Deposit and Cancellation
All bookings require to be paid in full for the whole of your stay to confirm the booking. By making your booking, you are confirming that you have read, understood, and accept our terms and conditions. If you are not able to go on holiday on the dates you have booked then we will see if we can change the dates for you (price differentials must be paid for). If you are not able to rebook and wish to cancel the booking, then we will endeavour to resell the nights booked. If we succeed in re-letting the booking, we will refund your money. If we have not managed to re-let your nights then we are unable to refund the booking. We strongly recommend that guests take out holiday cancellation insurance.

Non-availability of Accommodation
We would only cancel your stay if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. If this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would offer alternative dates for your stay or in extreme circumstances a full refund. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
If, however, we are prevented or delayed from complying with any obligations under these Terms and Conditions by anything you, or anyone acting on your behalf, does or fails to do or due to events or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the us, the inability or delay in performing those obligations will not be treated as a breach of the terms of these Terms and Conditions. Examples of such events or circumstances include fire, flood and other acts of God, pandemic, strikes, trade disputes, lock outs, riot, accident, disruption to energy supplies, civil commotion, acts of terrorism, war or Government instruction.

Arrival and Departure Times
Your hut will be available to you from 3.00pm on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged. We may not be able to accommodate you if you arrive earlier than the agreed time as we will be busy preparing for your stay.
Departure
Please be ready to leave the site by 11.00am on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged.

Care of the Accommodation
The guests are responsible for leaving the accommodation as they found it in good order and in clean condition. Guests must ensure that they behave in a responsible manner in both relation to the huts and the general neighbourhood during the occupancy. The guests must ensure that the hut is never left unlocked when unattended.

Smoking
Smoking is strictly forbidden in all of our accommodation and surrounding areas.

Damages and Breakages
Please take care when staying in our property. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages, which you cause, to the huts or their contents. All we ask is that you report any incidents as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may send you an invoice for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant.

Occupancy
Our Shepherd hut is designed for two adults sharing and the accommodation and surrounding land are not suitable for children. Under no circumstances may more than two persons occupy each hut. Admittance may be refused if this condition is not observed. The owners reserve the right to refuse or revoke the bookings from parties which may in their opinion be unsuitable to occupy the property. Bookings will not be taken from persons under 21 years of age.
The cabin can accommodate four people and it is not really suitable for children under 2 years of age.

Pets
Unfortunately, we are unable to welcome dogs in the shepherd huts. The log cabin can have (one) well behaved dog but due to the surrounding livestock and the property which is not fenced in we ask that your dog is kept on a lead when outside. Please do not approach the farm cats that roam the property as they are wild and not pets.

Liability
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.

Complaints
Complaints must be made known to the owners as soon as is practicable whereupon the owners will endeavour to resolve any issues. Any complaint not reported to the owners during the stay and only reported after the guests have left will not be considered by the owners.
We reserve the right to make amendments to these terms and conditions without notice.

Privacy Policy
Any data collected during the course of this booking will be stored on our computer(s). With your permission we may from time to time contact you about promotions and offers. Please advise if you do not wish to be contacted by us after your booking has been completed. We will not share your details with any third party.
We look forward to welcoming you and trust that you will have a most enjoyable stay.
