You may have questions about your holiday accommodation, its location and things you can do. Please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to answer your questions. 

Frequently asked Questions

Just a few of the questions we have been asked:

What is check in / out time?

You can check in from 3pm and check out time is 11am. If you can let us know when you will be arriving, then we can make sure you have access to your accommodation.

How many can sleep in your hut ?

Our huts can sleep two in a double bed. The cabin can sleep four one double bed and two single beds.

How many can sleep in your hut ? 

What do I need to bring ?

Our glamping accommodation are fully fitted with home essentials so all you need to bring are your clothes, toiletries and food.

How many can sleep in your hut ? 

Is there heating in the accommodation ?

Our shepherd huts are not heated but well insulated and we have thick duvets and blankets for your use, there are also water bottles for extra warmth and cosiness. The cabin has an electric stove in the lounge and there are radiators and electric blankets to keep warm. 

How many can sleep in your hut ? 

Are Pets allowed ?

Our shepherd huts are not suitable for pets. We welcome a well-behaved dog in the cabin which must be kept on a lead when outside due to livestock in adjoining fields.

Is there a pub nearby ?

The nearest pub is in the next village Newborough a short 5 minute drive,. Why not hire one of our electric bikes and enjoy a leisurely pub lunch whilst taking in the rural beauty of our surroundings.

Do you allow group bookings ?

If there is availability, then you are welcome to book all of our glamping accommodation which can sleep 8 (3 double beds). We trust that you will respect the surroundings and neighbours during your stay.

Are the glamping units easily accessible ?

Our accommodation units are located on a sloping field and to access you have to walk over grass and uneven ground and there are wooden steps to enter into the accommodation. If you have limited mobility or are a wheelchair user then unfortunately these are not suitable.   (Glan Morfa Cottages our neighbours have fully accessible holiday accommodation).

Can we have a campfire ?

There is an enclosed fire-pit which can be used and strictly no open campfires due to the surrounding trees and hedges. You will be given information on how to light the fire-pit and how to use it safely on your arrival.

What is the minimum stay?

Our minimum stay is 2 nights.

The glamping site is solely for our guests.
