ELECTRIC BIKE HIRE

We are delighted to be able to offer our guests the use of our electric bikes at a discounted price. From our site you can find many lovely local trails to cycle with interesting places to stop at; bird wetlands, ancient monuments, Motor and Model Village museums, a sea zoo and lovely little friendly cafes. Ride through nearby forests and see if you can spot the red Squirrels.

Lon Las Cefni: is a lovely route that takes you through some of Anglesey's most picturesque scenery. Along this route in North Wales you’ll pass Malltraeth Marsh, several local nature reserves, an old market town and a reservoir. You’ll be treated to wonderful views as you cycle.

Just under four miles away the lakes, ponds and ditches that make up Cors Ddyga are some of the most important in the UK and host more than 30 scarce wetland plants. Bitterns, marsh harriers, wetland warblers and wildfowl live in the reedbeds, while the grassland supports one of the largest colonies of lapwing in Wales. There is a cycle trail that passes through this very special area.

Download the Lon Las Cefni cycle route leaflet to help you plan your trip.

HOW DO I HIRE A BIKE

Book through our sister business angleseyelectricbikehire.co.uk where you can check availability and prices. Our bike hire times are from 9am to 5pm for the one basic rate. However, if you are staying with us we offer a discounted rate, please enquire when booking your accommodation. We want to offer you the freedom to explore without getting into a car.

As with any outdoor activity you must take care and follow the recommended safety instructions. A robust cycling helmet can be provided and you will be shown how the electric bike works (if you can ride a push bike you should be OK) you may need to check your own travel insurance.

Simply, accept the terms and conditions, pay for the hire and show a proven form of identification. Then set off on your cycling adventure.

If you have any questions whatsoever, please call us or you can check the frequently asked questions page on the bike hire page.

"Really great area to cycle around. Loved cycling through the forest, seeing the beach with the kite surfers (they get so high in the air! Impressive!), stopped at the art cafe and it was a nice quiet ride even on the roads, not too busy.

Really friendly and flexible. Would recommend hiring e-bikes from here." - Julie

“It was easier than I thought to ride the electric bike and I loved the fact I could take in the local sights from a different perspective.” - Janet

“Had a great day cycling around Newborough Forest and Traeth Llanddwyn.

Owner very knowledgeable and gave us a good route to follow. The bikes were great and helped with some of the tougher hills. Highly recommend. ” - Chris
